New Paragraph

Debbie has spent more than four decades solving foodservice challenges from nearly every side of the table—manufacturer, distributor, sales leader, and restaurant executive. That 360-degree perspective gives her an uncommon ability to see how one decision ripples across an organization and the broader foodservice ecosystem, and what it takes to turn strategy into results.

Most recently, Debbie served as Chief Supply Chain Officer for Bagel Brands, where she spent more than a decade leading procurement, distribution, logistics, inventory management, and facilities across Einstein Bros. Bagels, Noah’s New York Bagels, Bruegger’s Bagels, and Manhattan Bagel. She helped keep approximately 1,000 restaurants supplied and operating through some of the most volatile conditions the industry has faced. Across COVID, driver shortages, distribution disruption, avian flu, tariffs, and record inflation, Debbie led teams responsible for more than 250 suppliers and 16 distribution centers—protecting continuity while balancing cost, operational realities, and long-term partnerships.

Throughout her career, Debbie has built and coached high-performing teams, strengthened operator and supplier relationships, and helped organizations navigate significant change. Prior to Bagel Brands, she held leadership roles with American Blue Ribbon Holdings, US Foodservice, Hormel Foods, and Hormel HealthLabs, building experience across distribution, national accounts, marketing, regional sales, and multi-brand operations. Her leadership style blends analytical rigor with tenacity, accountability, collaboration, and a strong belief in developing people to perform at their best.

At Kinetic12, Debbie brings that broad operating perspective to help clients turn complex challenges into stronger business performance. Having worked across manufacturing, distribution, sales, operations, and supply chain, she understands how decisions connect—and where unintended consequences can emerge. She helps leaders connect strategy to execution, strengthen cross-functional and external partnerships, navigate change, and build the alignment and accountability needed to move from good ideas to measurable results. Her ability to see the whole system, anticipate what comes next, and bring people together around what matters most makes her a powerful partner for organizations looking to perform better, adapt faster, and grow.

Debbie holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Kansas State University and is a Certified Professional in Supply Management (C.P.S.M.). She has also extended her leadership into the industry and community through board service with the Colorado Restaurant Association, Colorado Chef’s Association Education Foundation, D’Evelyn Education Foundation, and Make-A-Wish Foundation.
