Jake brings a storyteller’s mindset to every project. With a background in journalism and a career spanning more than a decade in product development, he has built a reputation for connecting strategy to people and outcomes. From healthcare technology and digital music platforms to non-profit innovation and agency collaborations, Jake has consistently focused on the same question: Who will be impacted, and how can we make their experience better?


With expertise in user research and design, Jake listens deeply to the challenges and motivations facing clients and translates complexity into clarity. His collaborative approach ensures solutions are not only strategic, but measurable in the real world.


Jake earned a degree in Journalism from Loyola University and completed a User Experience Design certification at The Starter League in Chicago. In 2024, he added to his skillset by earning a Certificate in Culinary Arts from Kendall College, grounding his passion for food in formal culinary training and industry context. This blend of communication, design thinking, and culinary expertise gives him a unique perspective in guiding clients toward innovation and growth.
