Christopher Nicki is a R&D Specialist at Kinetic12+, where he brings together culinary craftsmanship, scalable food production expertise, and a modern innovation mindset to help brands create craveable, operationally sound menu solutions.


Christopher’s culinary journey includes leadership in hotel banquets, commercial meat production, and independent restaurant ownership. Most recently, he served as Banquet Chef at the Lincolnshire Marriott Resort, overseeing menu execution and culinary team leadership for large-scale events, luxury weddings, and corporate conferences.


Before joining Kinetic12+, Christopher held key roles at River Bear American Meats, rising to Production Manager and gaining deep experience in recipe development, HACCP systems, and volume-driven production environments. His entrepreneurial roots began with Hank’s Texas Barbecue, the Denver restaurant he founded, financed, built, and operated — shaping his philosophy of hospitality leadership, guest-focused menu development, and financial discipline.


Christopher also brings a technology-driven approach to operational thinking, supported by training in full-stack software development through Coding Temple and Co.Lab. This fusion of culinary creativity and technical problem-solving supports his passion for scalable, efficient, and future-focused food innovation.


At Kinetic12+, Christopher contributes to culinary strategy, recipe development, and operator-oriented foodservice insights — helping partners and brands bring bold ideas to life in real-world kitchens.
