Throughout his career, David has helped some of the industry’s most recognized brands and organizations translate consumer insights and emerging trends into food and beverage strategies that work in the real world. His experience spans Dave & Buster’s, Avocados From Mexico, TGI Fridays, Logan’s Roadhouse, and LM Restaurants, where he has led culinary innovation, menu strategy, operations, quality assurance, and the development of new foodservice platforms and partnerships.
David’s strength lies in connecting creativity with commercial reality. He has revitalized menus across large restaurant systems, built strategies that expand brand relevance and unlock new revenue opportunities, and developed culinary solutions designed not only to excite guests—but to perform operationally and scale successfully.
