“Moving Food Forward”

The food industry is undergoing a rapid evolution.  Consumers are now choosing food indiscriminately of traditional foodservice and retail channels.  Traditional restaurants have new competition from grocery stores and convenience stores that offer high quality prepared foods as well funded startups like at-home meal kits.  Even the distribution of food has evolved with the growth of cash & carry stores and online marketplaces.

Kinetic12 is a management consulting firm operating at the center of the food industry.  With a diverse team of accomplished industry experts, we are a resource for all things food – offering an in-depth range of services for manufacturers, operators, distributors and private equity firms.  With years of experience working with all players in foodservice our knowledge is broad and vast, but our approach is detailed with a focus on execution.

The leadership of Kinetic12 consists of Jeff Schroeder, Tim Hand, LeAnne Garoutte, and Art Bell.  The leaders of Kinetic12 have developed several best practices in the food industry and are currently leading game-changing initiatives with Fortune 500 food companies, top 100 chain operators and leading foodservice distributors to achieve sustainable market-leading results.
