Chicago-based Kinetic12, management consulting firm specializing in the food industry welcomes Bruce Reinstein to the firm effective September 17th.

Reinstein brings to Kinetic12’s array of consulting services a strong operational background, having run restaurants and been active in the chain side of the industry, Managing Partner Jeff Schroeder explained. “At Kinetic12, we know food and our work involves the future of food. Bruce’s expertise and work with chefs, developing menus and building successful operations will continue to provide our clients with highly valued inside knowledge.”

Most recently, Reinstein has advised foodservice brands on methods to achieve cost reduction and improved labor productivity relating to purchasing, culinary, distribution, operations and supply chain. He led Massachusetts-based Consolidated Concepts, a restaurant and foodservice consulting firm for 6 years as president and chief operating officer.

“Bruce’s strength is hospitality, which has its own defined set of needs, limitations and market trends. Bringing Bruce on board further builds an array of expertise that continues to distinguish Kinetic12 as a foodservice industry thought leader and change leader,” Schroeder concluded.

In 2018, Reinstein published Secrets to Ongoing Success: Keeping Yourself and Your Organization Fresh,  available on Amazon.
